Hi Sowmya, "All trip stages (Cancelled/In-Progress/Completed) require the driver to click (in our example, the driver always starts the trip in the app once the customer boards the vehicle) to continue to next steps in the app, so the mandatory actions performed in the app are regarded as important attributes that can be captured at trip level" - this is the gold - thanks for your reply and I actually almost ignore this real-life practical scenario!
